The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is actively seeking Summer Interns to join the team. The internship program is designed to provide practical work experience, opportunities to move into lead or supervisory roles, and an introduction into Marriott's culture and management philosophy. Interns will have the opportunity to work and experience a minimum of two positions at the hotel, exposure to basic management responsibilities, job shadow opportunities in an area of your choice, and other program facilitated trainings. Internships are full-time and paid opportunities for students of all levels.
Human Resources – Responsible for assisting with all HR facets in a fast-paced environment, including recruitment, trainings, new hire processes, culture and engagement activities and events, etc.
1. Current student or recent graduate.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Able to work flexible shifts.
